The Spanish .es registrar agency is ESNIC - departament of the Entidad Pública Empresarial RED.ES (Ente Público de la Red Técnica Española de Televisión. The requirements for a .es domain name registration are numerous: Only Spanish natural persons or foreign natural persons who reside in Spain, or organizations incorporated according to the Spanish legislation other than foreign embassies accredited in Spain have access to registration of the domain.
